How do I return an item?
Customer must contact the customer service department within 30 days to receive a Return Authorization Number
(RA#). This number is required on/in the box in order to process the
return.
Items should be sent in original packaging with sufficient packing
material to ensure they arrive in acceptable condition. All Things Ice Cream is
not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit; we suggest
insuring the package for your protection. All Things Ice Cream will process return
upon receipt.
- Opened food items are not returnable.
- Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless an item
is received damaged or incorrect. If an item is damaged,
customer should contact customer service for instructions within 2
business days of receipt.
